Mary Frances Lucarelli, 87, died May 24th in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born in Terre Haute to Raymond and Frances (Hunter) Kearns. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Lucarelli; brother, Michael Kearns; and sister, Katharine Kearns.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Thomas Frank of Indianapolis; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Denise Lucarelli of Sterling Heights, Michigan; two brothers and sisters-in-laws, John and Carolyn Kearns of Urbana, Illinois and Jerome and Mary Ellen Kearns of Terre Haute; grandsons, Daniel Frank and Michael Lucarelli; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Having lived nearly all of her life in Terre Haute, she attended St. Margaret Mary Grade School, St. Patrick High School, Trinity Washington University; graduating from Wiley High School and Indiana University. She was a member of Tri Kappa philanthropic sorority, was a Delta Gamma sorority collegiate member, played in numerous bridge clubs, and was a member of St. Patrick's Parish.

Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 1, 2018 in St. Patrick's Church, 1807 Poplar St., with the Rev. Daniel Bedel officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is 4:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, May 31st in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th St., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M.
