William J. Beleslin William J. Beleslin, 75, of Terre Haute, IN passed away Wednesday June 25, 2015 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born on February 19, 1940 in Gary, Indiana to George Beleslin and Rhea Mills Beleslin. William was a retired principal from many Indiana schools. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, JoAnn Rebber Beleslin. Other survivors include his two daughters, Elizabeth Diane Beel and Sara Noelle Kerns; two grandchildren, Brittney Noelle Beel and Brayden William Beel; a brother, George Beleslin and his wife Carol of Ft. Myers Beach, Florida and two nieces, Kim McSchane and Terri Guzy. William was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church. He graduated from Emerson High School and graduated from Indiana State University playing baseball and football while obtaining his Bachelors' Degree, Master's Degree and Administrative License. He then was a teacher and coach at South Montgomery School Corporation and Marshall School Corporation in Marshall, Illinois. William was later principal of Gibault School for Boys in Terre Haute, Tipton High School, North Davis Jr. and Senior High Schools, Wheeler High School in Valparaiso, Indiana and Lake Ridge Alternative School in Gary, Indiana. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday June 29, 2015 in Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Pastor Jacob Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday June 28, 2015 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street and one hour prior to services at the church.
