Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda Welch; Step son, Jerris John Hof; step daughter, Georgina Rogers; grandchildren, James Brandon Welch, Andrew Joseph Welch (Adriana), and Harlan Lee Manuel; step grandchild, Christopher Jade Rogers; step great grandchildren, Aubrey Rogers and Christopher Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerris E. "Jerry" Hof; her parents; an infant son, James David Tilley; son-in-law, Richard Joseph Welch; step grandson, Larry Wayne Rogers, Jr.; five brothers; and two sisters.
Wanda was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 4, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Reverend James Haddix officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church.
