Waltraud (Wallie) Arnold, 87, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 in Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus. She was born January 11, 1926 in Germany. Wallie was a pharmacist and bank teller. Survivors include her two daughters, Barbara Selcer of Georgia and Karin Felling and her husband Charles of Terre Haute; one sister, Gerda Dahrendorf of Germany; two grandchildren, Jamie Felling of Indianapolis and Jeffrey Felling and his wife Rachel of Baltimore, MD; one great grandson, Charlie J. Felling; three nieces and 1 nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Karl Arnold; and one sister, Almut Denker. Wallie was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Merrillville, IN. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, bird watching, gardening, and fishing. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street with David Rector officiating. Memorial visitation is scheduled one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Audubon Society.
