Wade Bush Anshutz Iii

June 8, 1949 — April 20, 2016

Wade Bush Anshutz III, 66, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Glenburn Home. He was born June 8, 1949 in Terre Haute to Wade Bush Anshutz, Jr. and Mary Margaret Hillis Anshutz. Wade was a fifth generation local dentist.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Irwin Anshutz; daughter, Vanessa Anshutz Branstetter and her husband Tyler; son, Wade Bush Anshutz IV; grandson, Caleb Hunsucker; brother, David Anshutz and his wife Pam; niece, Lauren Anshutz; and nephew, Eric Anshutz. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Wade was a 1967 graduate of Wiley High School, attended DePauw University and Indiana University. He was a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry. Wade was a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Dentistry; the Indiana Dentistry Association; the Chicago Dental Society; and was on the staff of Union Hospital. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of ATO Fraternity.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4:00 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 25, 2016 in Callahan Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
