Victor Charles Stievenart, Jr.

Victor Charles Stievenart, Jr., 63, passed away Monday, September 30, 2024 in I.U. Hospice House. He was born August 11, 1961 in Terre Haute to Victor Charles Stievenart, Sr. and Sharon Sue Dyer Stievenart Marquis. 

Survivors include his mother, Sharon Marquis; Siblings, Cary Jo Goodrich (Jared) and Gregory Allen Stievenart; and nieces, Loren, Claire, Nicole, Rebekah, and Emma. He was preceded in death by his father. 

Chuck was a researcher for Crane Naval Base. He enjoyed civil service. He even gave his winter coat off his back to cover an accident victim. Chuck had a lighter side. He was a Parrot Head, taking numerous cruises with his club. His favorite place to visit was Key West. 

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 2, 2024 in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Pastor Rick Swan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. There will be no visitation.
