Survivors include his sister, Veronica Ashley (Russell); his brother, Richard Ashley; nephews, John Willis (Tiffany), James Willis (Kessiah) and Austin Ashley; great-nieces and nephews, Madilyn Pinion, Grayson Pinion, Owen Pinion and Hadley Willow Ann Willis; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Carl E. Ashley.
Victor loved to read the Bible and being with his family.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 28, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Mark Grayless officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled prior to services on Friday from 10:00-11:00 AM. Memorial tributes and funeral information may also be found at www.callahanandhughes.com.
