Tami Lynn Eades

Tami Lynn Eades, 50, of Terre Haute passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021.  She was born December 10, 1970 in Lake View Hospital, Danville, IL to David Eades and Linda Judy Eades.

Survivors include her son and his fiancé, Adrian Smith and Cara Long of Terre Haute;  her granddaughter, Annabella Smith; her parents, David and Linda Eades of Terre Haute;  brother, Kyle Eades (Marjorie) of Terre Haute;  sister, Lori Pursch (Ryan) of Terre Haute;  and several aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Brent and Arlene Eades; and Bill and Jacqueline Judy.

Tami was a graduate of North High School and received her Registered Nursing degree from Lincoln Trail College.  After college she had worked in the emergency room at Union Hospital.  Tami had served in U.S. Army Reserves with her training done at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.  She was also a member of American Legion Post #104.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 23, 2021 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25 ^th Street, with Pastor Tracy Sutliff officiating.  Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 12:00 Noon – 3:00 PM.  If friends should so desire, memorial contributions may be made to members of the family to help with funeral expenses.  Funeral information and tributes may be found at www.callahanandhughes.com .
