Shelia Ann Fisher Shelia Ann Fisher, 68, of Terre Haute passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013 surrounded by her family after a battle with Parkinson's disease. She was born on December 18, 1944 in LaPorte, IN to Ferris D. Hicks and Dorothy E. Fisher Hicks. She was a secretary at the former Alcan Aluminum Products and an assistant Librarian at Otter Creek Middle School. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Fisher of Terre Haute; two sons, Rob Valentic and his wife Marie and David Fisher and his wife Jackie; two daughters, Tracey Symon and Terri Willingham and her husband Howard; two sisters, Madeline Roberts and her husband Kent and Barb Treash and her husband Mike; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Valentic Barnett and her husband Dennis. Shelia was raised in Niles, MI and graduated from Niles High School. She approached life with a smile and willingness to get involved and help anyone needing a hand. She will be missed by all who knew her and especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street with Pastor Kyle Andrews officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in the funeral home.
