Robert Gordon Ratcliff

Robert G. Ratcliff, 75, of Terre Haute passed away on Monday, August 12, 2013 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born December 13, 1937 in Independence, MO to Irvin Ratcliff and Dorothy Taylor Ratcliff. He is survived by his wife Vera M. Ratcliff; four daughters; one son; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Robert "Bob" Ratcliff was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church South Campus, a 50 year member of the IBEW Local #701. He was an avid bowler and card player. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 17, 2013 in Mt. Pleasant South Campus, 3050 E. Davis Drive, Terre Haute, IN 47802 with Pastor Aaron Wheaton officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church. There will be light refreshments and an ice cream social following the service celebrating Bob's life. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church South Campus or the Wabash Valley Senior Citizens Activity Center, 300 S. 5th Street.
