Robert Paul Buscher

Survivors include a special friend, Laura Nidlinger for her kindness and assistance and her children, Jacob Crain and Kaylyn Crain; also special friend, Lynda Stark. Bob was also survived by a cousin. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosemary; and brother, Joseph.
Bob attended Gerstmeyer High School. He was a World War II Veteran serving in Europe and was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Bob retired from Hulman and Company after 45 years of service. He was also a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Bob was a mall walker for 20 years until he was 95 years old. He will be missed by many.
Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 P.M. Thursday, November 29, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Father Fred Pasche, OFM Conv. officiating. Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities.
