Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Paul J. Forsyth; two daughters and their husbands, April and Tom Kintner of Seelyville, IN and Kim and Shane Zurcher of Cory, IN; four grandchildren, Bethany Steward (Clayton), Levi Rudisel, Caleigh Kintner and Myah Kintner; a great-grandson, Liam Rudisel; a great-granddaughter on the way, Skyla Rose Steward; her brother, Darrell Pruiett (Tracy) of Sandford, IN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and a great-grandson, Alexander Kaine Steward.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 PM, Sunday, January 13, 2019 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Shane Zurcher officiating. Visitation is scheduled prior to services on Sunday from 3:00-6:00 PM. The family kindly asks that flowers not be sent but instead memorial contributions be made to RTS Bereavement Services, c/o Union Hospital, 1606 North 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804.
