Norma 'Ginger' Constance Deibert of Terre Haute passed away Saturday evening, June 30, 2018 in Carmel, Indiana. Born on October 21, 1925 in Pasadena, California, to Norman and Kathleen Watt Harshberger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, daughter Karen E. Hanna and her former husband Arthur H. Deibert, II.
She is survived by her children; Arthur and his wife Brenda, Kimberly and her husband Ron, son-in-law Brian Hanna (husband to Karen), her grandchildren; Eric, Daniel, Michelle (husband Raul), Jonathan (wife Deborah), Christopher, Kathleen (husband Steven), Beau (Allie), Kevin, her five great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and loved ones that became family.
Norma graduated from Pasadena Community College with a degree in photography. An exceptionally loving mother and grandmother. Master chef of spaghetti and jello delicacies, who enjoyed sharing her love and knowledge of classic films, and her many entertaining stories of her childhood adventures in Scarsdale, NY.
A private memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the City of Hope in Duarte, California.
