Nancy Frisz Nancy Frisz, 84, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in her residence. She was born in Terre Haute on September 8, 1931 to Louis J. Felix and Millie Thompson Felix. Nancy was a retired payroll clerk with Hulman Company. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61years, Joseph W. Frisz, whom she married on November 22, 1952. Survivors include her eight children, Kathy Vaughn and her husband Danny of Ogden, UT, Kris Taylor and her husband Gary of Pekin, IN, David Frisz and his wife Darla of Center Point, IN, Jane McCrocklin and her husband Richard of Arcadia, IN, Ann Brownfield of Terre Haute, Mark Frisz and his wife Angie of Terre Haute, Kurt Frisz and his wife Beth of OFallon, MO, and Joan Frisz of Louisville, KY; a sister, Shirley Camp and her husband Don of Paris, IL; and a brother, Mike Felix of Terre Haute; fourteen grandchildren, Ben and Emily Vaughn, Jessica, Rebekah, Josiah and Micah Taylor, Matthew Frisz, Nikki McDaniel, Maryn Morris, Riley McCrocklin, Nick Brownfield, Sarah and Erin Frisz and Luke Frisz; five great grandchildren, Natalie Frisz, Alli Isabel and Cody McDaniel, Wyatt Morris and one on the way; Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Jack Felix. Nancy graduated from St. Patrick High School in Terre Haute. She began her work career at Hulman and Company. She also worked at St. Anthony Hospital and Meis Department Stores before finishing her working career at Hulman and Company. Nancy was a longtime volunteer for Birth Right and Perpetual Adoration Chapel. She was also a member of the Schulte High School Mothers Club, St. Patrick Catholic Church and of Phi Beta Psi Sorority. The family would like to thank Ben Evea Shelby of Comfort Keepers for the special care she provided. Also, Great Lakes Hospice, especially nurses, Angela, Rebecca, Tom and aide Jessica. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 28, 2015 in St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Rick Ginther officiating. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 27, 2015 in Callahan Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street.
