Michael K. Scott Michael K. Scott, 58, of Terre Haute passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013 in Union Hospital surrounded by loving family and friends. He was born August 13, 1955 in Terre Haute to Roger G. Scott and Joan G. Huffman Scott. Michael retired from Carpenter's Local # 133 after 30 years of service. Survivors include his daughter, Jennie Scott of Terre Haute; five brothers, Roger G. Scott of Jacksonville, FL, Stephen Scott and his wife Robin of Terre Haute, Christopher Scott and his wife Brenda of Terre Haute, Timothy Scott and his wife Lisa of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Mark D. Scott of Terre Haute; one sister, Patricia Lynne Moore of Terre Haute; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, David Scott. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 26, 2013 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN with Deacon Mike Stratman officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2013.
