Michael J. Felix, 77, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016 in his residence. He was born January 18, 1939 in Terre Haute to Louis Felix and Millie Thompson Felix.

Survivors include his children, Laura Felix (Troy Sartor) and Jeffery Felix (Jennifer); sister, Shirley Camp; grandchildren, Ashlynn, Jeffery, Tiffany, Michaela, and Karson; great grandchildren, Lilly, Huxley, and Cambria; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Long Felix; parents; brother, Louis Felix, Jr.; sister, Nancy Frisz; and granddaughter, Aleigha Felix.

Michael was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Pastor Steve Hay officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery with military honors by V.F.W. Post #972. Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to services.
