Micah served with Parke County EMS for 4 years.  He was a Primary Instructor with the agency that was in the process of teaching the very first EMT-B class held in their facility in over 20 years.  Micah was dedicated, loyal, hardworking, and always honest.  Micah was proud of his accomplishments as a Paramedic, but far more than that, he was proud of his family.  He dedicated his life to his wife and 2 sons and showed no greater joy than when he spoke of their time together and their accomplishments.  Micah was happiest when he was spending time with his family enjoying their sports and activities.  He loved music, played the guitar and wrote songs.  He was interested in all athletics and sports especially basketball and soccer with the kids.   Micah was a sympathetic and loving parent who taught by example and always had time to explain any questions at anytime.  He always shocked his sons by his vast knowledge of anything asked.
