Mary Ann Milner Nichols

Mary Ann Milner Nichols, 87, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 in Gibson Family Hospice Center. She was born January 6, 1933 in Terre Haute to Charles Milner and Lolla Ann Hathaway Milner.

Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Nichols; son; Robert M. Nichols; grandsons, Caden and Cort Nichols; and brothers, Donald Milner and Charles Milner. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Roy Milner; and sister, Rose May Milner.

Mary Ann was a teacher in the Vigo County School Corporation for 44 years. She was a 60 year member of First Baptist Church and 30 year member of Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority.

Private Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 6, 2020 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Reverend John Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. There is no visitation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church.
