Marc A. Devine, 48, of Terre Haute passed away early Monday morning, December 17, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a Paramedic with Trans-Care Ambulance. Marc was born May 21, 1970 in Vincennes, IN to Bruce Devine and Betty Smith Devine.
Survivors include his loving wife, Tammy Evans Devine; two sons, Cody Devine of Terre Haute and Kyle Devine serving in the US Armed Forces; his father, Bruce Devine of Terre Haute; and a brother, Scott Devine (Beth) of Shelburn, IN. Also surviving is a grandmother, Doris Adams Smith Snare (Michael) of Sarasota, FL; and aunts and uncles, Rita Miotti (Marc), Karen Trusgnich (Terry), Barry Devine (Janet) and Karen Hazelman (Mike). He was preceded in death by his mother.
Marc was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and had received his paramedic certification from Ivy Tech. He was a paramedic for 28 years and was well known among many health care workers. He was a leader, role model and friend to everyone in the EMS community. Marc had served in the U.S. Navy and later met and married the love of his life and best friend, Tammy. Since that time their family has enjoyed traveling, going to car shows, gaming and just being together.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post #104. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 4:00-8:00 PM.
