Louise "Polly" Holstein

Louise "Polly" Holstein, 97, of Orland Park, IL and formerly of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday January 18, 2017 in Smith Crossing. She was born to Ramano Dallagicamo and Frances Sebastani Dallagicamo in Vermillion County, Indiana on January 17, 1920. Polly was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Dr. Robert Holstein, who passed away in 2010.

Survivors include a son, Ronald Clark and his wife Bonnie of Frankfort, IL; two step-sons, Robert C. Holstein and his wife Loretta of Bloomington, IN and Charles W. Holstein and his wife Susan of Terre Haute; two grandsons, Ronald Clark and Donald Clark and his wife Nicole; Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and two sisters.

Polly was a dental assistant and office manager for Robert Holstein Family Dentistry.

No services or visitation are planned. Private burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Arrangement are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street.
