Leonard Krupa, Sr.

Survivors include his loving wife of 59 years, Patricia Gierlicki Krupa; children, Karen Harding (David), Sandy Krupa Stephens, and Leonard Krupa, Jr. (Denice); grandchildren, Shannon Kerns, Kristy Unton, Kayla Harding, Mallory Hirsch, Molly Flick, Leonard Krupa III, Kyle Krupa, and Danielle Krupa; great grandchildren, Hanna Unton, Mason Unton, Lexi Hirsch, Connor Hirsch, Clayton Hirsch, Gabriel Flick, Lydia Flick, Linley Krupa, Gracie Haase, and Sadie Haase; and siblings, Evelyn Vincenti (Attillio), Grace Pallini, Mary Ann Kostyack, and James Krupa (Mary Lou). He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ralph Krupa; and sister, Theresa Hlawati.
Leonard was a member of St. Joseph University Parish. The family wishes to thank the physicians and staff of Union Hospital, Providence Healthcare, Harrisons's Crossing, Fresinius and Davita for their loving care.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 in St. Joseph University Parish with Friar Savio Manavalan officiating. Pall Bearers will be his eight grandchildren. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street with a prayer service at 6:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bikes for Tykes at Chances and Services for Youth or Indiana Children's Wish Fund .
