Lacheeta C. Reynolds Lacheeta C. Reynolds, 75, of Terre Haute passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014 in Union Hospital. She was born August 12, 1939 in Terre Haute to James W. Church and Eva Kirby Church Morin. She was a thirty year C.N.A. and had worked in the area including the former Royal Oaks Nursing Home and Rehab before her retirement. Lacheeta was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond "Ike" Reynolds, Sr., in 2008; two sons, Yancy Church and Raymond Reynolds, Jr.; and a brother, Jerry Stevens. Survivors include three sons, James Reynolds, Ralph Reynolds and his wife Cheryl. and Brian Reynolds; her mother; a brother, Richard "Dick" Church and his wife Rosemary; two sisters, Mary Cox and Teddetta "Teddy" Ashley; one grandson, Frankie Reynolds; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Lacheeta had received many awards for leadership and service to her patients. Even after retirement she enjoyed to help those around her. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 7, 2014 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN with Brother Don Perry officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014 in the funeral home.
