Kevin Wayne Miller

Kevin Wayne Miller, 56, of Terre Haute passed away peacefully Monday, January 9, 2023.  He was born April 16, 1966 in Terre Haute to Duane E. Miller and Marlene J. Burke Miller.

Born and raised in Terre Haute, Kevin graduated from Terre Haute North High School in 1985 having been a multi-year member of the swim team. He was also an active member of the Terre Haute Aquatic Club.  An avid Chicago Bears football fan, Kevin loved all things associated with “Duh Bears” and proudly touted his loyalty. Kevin loved to garden when he was able and was always proud of the vegetables he grew. His love of fishing began years ago in childhood with fond memories of times spent with his Grandpa Miller.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Chester Wayne and Olive Thomas Miller, maternal grandparents, Edmond W. and Mabel Boitet Burke, and aunt Lolita Miller Epperson. Survivors include his parents; his sister and brother-in-law, Deanna and Brian Williams; niece, Hannah Williams and special friend Greg; niece, Allison Williams; great nephew and niece, Damien and Lily all of Missouri; his aunt and uncle, Virginia and Frank Pilotte of Illinois; and several cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Noon on Saturday, January 21, 2023 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25 ^th Street, with Father Bob St. Martin, OFM Conv. officiating.  Visitation will be prior to services from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Saturday. If so desired, donations may be made in Kevin’s name to the St. Benedict Soup Kitchen, St. Benedict Catholic Church, 111 S. 9 ^th Street, Terre Haute, IN  47807.
