Judith Ann (Pearson) Cook Robinson, 75, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016. She was born March 9, 1941 in Terre Haute to Thomas Allen Pearson and Norma Constance (Conwell) Pearson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Terry Maurice Cook; her second husband, Charles K. Robinson I; and a son, Terry Maurice Cook, Jr.

Survivors include a sister, Janice Sue (Pearson) Love of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; sons, Tracy Wayne Cook and his wife, Cindy, Larry Allen Cook and Charles Keith Robinson II all of Terre Haute; and a niece, Kim S. Zammit and her husband, Dave, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Also surviving are grandchildren, Matthew W. Cook, Stacy M. Parish, Kristina D. Michaels, Tina M. Cook and Terresa D. Cook; great-grandchildren, Anthony K. Michaels, Savanna D. Michaels, Logan A. Parish and Mackenzie N. Cook all of Terre Haute; and nephews, Mark and Shane Zammit of Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

Judy attended Ray School and was a 1959 graduate of Gerstmeyer Technical High School in Terre Haute. While at Gerstmeyer she was a member of the Marching Band and participated in dance classes. She was a 1995 graduate of Indiana State University where she earned her Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. Judy is the former director of the Pre-School Program at Ryves Hall Youth Center and a retired teacher with the Vigo County School Corporation. She was a member of Women of the Moose Chapter #336, Krietenstein American Legion Post #104 Auxiliary and Lawton Byrum VFW Post #972 Auxiliary.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Thursday, May 5, 2016 in Callahan Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Father Rick Ginther officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and also prior to services on Thursday from 11:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions may be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society, P.O. Box 3370, Terre Haute, Indiana 47803.
