John Michael Torrence, 50, of Terre Haute passed away Monday, September 23, 2019 in his residence. He was born December 20, 1968 in Terre Haute to Robert W. Torrence and Anna Mary Coakley Torrence.

Survivors include his brother, Dr. James Torrence (Nancy); sisters, Noreen A. Torrence and Eileen Mann (James); In-Laws, Liz Torrence and Jayne Torrence Worland; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert W. Torrence, William P. Torrence, and Warren T. Torrence; and sister, Maureen Torrence.

John was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, September 27, 2019 in Restlawn Cemetery in Brazil, IN with Father Martin Day, OFM Conv. officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. There will be no visitation.
