Joanne Ellison Spann, 83, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in her residence. She was born February 11, 1936 in Nampa, Idaho.

Survivors include her children, Laura Morrow, Suzan Spann, and Jason Spann; grandchildren,, Sarah Morrow, Bryant Morrow, Kayla Spann, Margot Spann, and Elias Spann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Spann and her son, Bryant Spann.

Joanne was an archivist for the library. She was involved in Community Theatre and volunteered for many organizations in the community.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 8, 2020 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. There will be no Visitation. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
