James Andrew Miller

James Andrew Miller, 74, of Terre Haute passed away Monday, October 17, 2022 in Methodist Hospital.  He was born April 29, 1948 in Terre Haute to Claude Russell Miller and Lillian Isabel Loudermilk Miller.

Survivors include his children, Jeffrey Miller (Jennifer), Brian Miller (Kristina), Jamie Johns (Joshua), and Donna Miller (Paul Kennedy); brothers, Marion Miller, David Miller, and Bill Miller; ex-wife, Marilyn Miller; grandchildren, Micheal Wimberly, Dakota Miller, Justin Miller, Savannah Burns, Austin Kirk, Taylor Layton, Christopher Miller, Chad Miller, Garrett Kuckewich, Sean Bohannon, Lillianne Miller, Mersadiez Miller, Corbin Miller, Stephanie Kuckewich, Elizabeth Miller, Faith Johns, Angel Johns, and Eryk Johns; and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Barbara Powers and Esther Miller; brothers, Robert Miller and Richard Williams; grandson, Travis Andrew Bohannon; and brother and sister-in-law, George and Robyn Thompson.

Jim worked at J. I. Case for 20 years as well as Great Dane, Happico, and Bridges of Indiana.  He loved NASCAR, I. U. Basketball, fishing, and demolition derby.  Jim served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 22, 2022 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25 ^th Street, with Pastor Curtis Mitchell officiating.  Visitation will be prior to services from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Saturday.  There will be a celebration of life after the services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
