James Arlington "Skippy" Hayne

James Arlington “Skippy” Hayne, 53, of Terre Haute passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 in Fargo, ND.  He was born January 19, 1969 in Terre Haute to Larry Hayne and Gloria Sappingfield Hayne.

Survivors include his son, Arlington Hayne (Fiancé - Miranda); his parents; sister, Julie Martin (Scott); nieces, Addie, Rebekah, and Aliza martin; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

James was a dedicated traveling ER nurse. He was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and was a 12 year Air Force veteran.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2022 in Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 645 Poplar Street, Terre Haute, IN with Vicar Paul Norris officiating.  Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2022 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25 ^th Street, Terre Haute, IN and one hour prior to services on Monday at the church.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church Revitalization Fund.
