Jacqueline Leigh Grizzle

Jacqueline Leigh Grizzle, 36, of Terre Haute lost her courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 in Union Hospital. She was born May 15, 1978 in Terre Haute to Jack Lee Ammerman and Bonnie Lou Willy Ammerman. Jackie was a CMA for UAP Clinic. Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Grizzle; son, Jacob R. Porter; father, Jack Ammerman; sisters, Dawn Rankin and her husband Jason and Beth Ammerman; grandmother, Virginia Piersall; several in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and special friends, Autumn Dowell and Dawn Strole. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Ammerman and several grandparents. Jackie participated in the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer group. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Pastor Rick Swan officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park with a dinner following at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church North Campus. Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 12:00 - 3:00 P.M. on Saturday. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to a memorial account for her son Jacob Porter at First Financial Bank.
