Jack Marlon Heady

Jack Marlon Heady, 90, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Westminster Health Care with his family by his side. He was a clerk with CF Industries of Terre Haute. He was born December 12, 1933 in Terre Haute to Charles Herman Heady and Ethel Noleen Myers Heady.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Ann Foote Heady; daughter, Jacquelyn “Jackie” Heady of Terre Haute; two nieces, Julie Wilson (Ted) and Jerri Palechka (Jimmy); and several additional nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister and brother-in-law, Genevieve “Jen” and Jack McLaren.

Jack attended Blackhawk High School and graduated from Gerstmeyer High School in 1951. He served in the U.S. Navy, was outstanding at roller skating and enjoyed working in the garage.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Pastor David Smith officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 11:00 -1:00 PM.
