Jack R. All, 89, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday evening, September 17, 2016 in Union Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was transportation manager for Wabash Fibre Box Company for over 40 years. Jack was born April 6, 1927 in West Terre Haute to Harry All and Lila Bennett All.
Survivors include his loving wife of 68 years, Flo Shiflet All; four children, Bob All and his wife, Melodie, of Terre Haute, John All of San Mateo, CA,, Jeff All and his wife, Ellen, of Spencertown, NY and Ralph All and his wife, Debbie, of Bloomington, IN; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Bonfer and her husband, Gene, of Terre Haute. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Jason All, Joshua All, Jeremy All, Nicholas All, Jared All, Casey Redenbarger and her husband, Mark, and Jesse All; one great-grandchild, Madi; a niece, Rona Notter and her husband, Larry, and a nephew, John Esperson and his wife, Danni. In addition to his parents, Jack was also preceded in death by two sisters, June Rosebrock and Mary Ellen Esperson.
Jack was a graduate of Valley High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana State University. Anxious to serve his country during World War II, Jack sought parental consent to join the U.S. Navy early at the age of 17. He was a long-time member of Memorial United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Memorial United Methodist Church, 2701 Poplar Street, with Reverend Scott Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park with Military Graveside Honors provided by VFW Post #972. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 20th from 4:00-7:00 P.M. in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street.
