Gregory Allen Shaw

Gregory Allen Shaw, 75, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 in his residence surrounded by his family.  He was born August 25, 1945 in Indianapolis to Wayne Leslie Shaw and Dorothy Louise Wells Shaw.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Michalski Shaw; step-daughter, Amy Renforth who he thought of as a daughter; brother, Wayne Leslie Shaw II; niece, Whitney Shaw; and nephews, Tim Shaw and Wayne Leslie Shaw III; and special friends, Marcia Snodgrass, Don Lacy, and Steve Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Greg was an anchorman at WTHI in the 70’s where he won numerous awards, as well as running Happy Hours Daycare and being a real estate investor.  He started the Van Dells band while in high school. Family was his first priority and he will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25 ^th Street.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
