Franklin Victor Fennell, Sr., 82, of Terre Haute passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born March 12, 1934 in Terre Haute to Henry H. Fennell and Lucy Marie Fields Fennell. Frank was a retired shipping clerk for Terre Haute Products.

Survivors include his wife, Betty A. Palmer Fennell; sons, Allen Fennell and his fiance Sally Robertson and Franklin V. Fennell II and his wife Kristen both of Terre Haute; daughters, Nancy Fennell Hofmann and her husband Rob of Cory and Linda Fennell Mills of Terre Haute; brother, Donald L. Fennell and his wife Sue of Terre Haute; sister-in-law, Martha Fennell of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Preston Fennell and fiance Jordan Frizzo, Chase Fennell, Mardi Fennell, Mindy Landin and her husband Matt, Kayla Garman and her husband Jared, Brittany Hofmann and her companion Nathan Long, Lucas Mills and his wife Kirstin, Jacob Mills, Nathan Mills, Jaelyn Fennell, Katelyn Fennell, Madilyn Fennell, and Cameron Fennell; great grandchildren, Gabe Landin, Beka Landin, Gwen Garman, Max Garman, Lilly Garman, Bella Garman, Cyrus Garman, and Charleigh Fennell; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; and four sisters.

Frank was an Army veteran and a member of Terre Haute Lodge #19 F AM.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in Callahan Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Pastor Jim Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Hull Cemetery with military services by V.F.W. Post #972. Visitation is scheduled from 4:00 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 with a masonic memorial services by Terre Haute Lodge #19 at 7:00 P.M.
