Frances Elizabeth "Fran" Wigginton, 65, of Terre Haute passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at her home. She worked as the office manager for Gerhardt's Bierstube Restaurant. Fran was born January 28, 1950 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Richard F. Dean and Barbara Blakley Dean. Survivors include her loving husband of 22 years, Gerhardt Wigginton; her daughter, Amy Elizabeth Hughes of Terre Haute; and two sisters, Darlene Adams of North Carolina and Judye Sanders and her family, of Florida. Also surviving are three nieces, Dawn Richter and her husband, Gary, Rachelle Funke and her husband, Stuart, and Whitney Brown and her husband, Larry; and five-great nieces & nephews, Christian & Cameron Richter, Bain Funke and Jake & Sydney Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents. Fran was a 1968 graduate of Forest Hill High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was a member and past president of the Wabash Valley Scottish Society and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was a member of Badoura Temple #23 Daughters of the Nile, Fountain Trust Pipe Band and Kubel Korp. USA where she was treasurer and membership chairman. Fran was always the life of the party and loved spending time with her family and friends. A visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 12, 2015 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. There are no services.
