Floyd J. Brake II 36, of Terre Haute passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born November 10, 1979 in Terre Haute to Floyd J. Brake, Sr. and Becky Higgins Brake.
Survivors include his father; a sister, Amy Fields and her husband Matt; two nieces and one nephew; and several aunts and uncles. Floyd was preceded in death by his mother.

Floyd loved to play all types of sports like basketball, bowling and playing pool. He enjoyed fishing and riding his bike.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, October 14, 2016 in Grandview cemetery with Mark Grayless officiating. There is no visitation scheduled.
