Felicita (Phyllis) Sanders

Felicita (Phyllis) Sanders, 90, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus. She was born April 6, 1928 in Centenary, IN to Ortenzio Carosi and Augusta Patruciolo Carosi. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Sanders in 1980.

Survivors include her children, Steve Sanders (Margaret) and Diana Jackson; grandchildren, Shane Jackson (Rachel), Stephanie Kramer (Brad), Kristina Runyan (Travis), and Amberlee Hooker (Kirk); great grandchildren, Harper and Chaney Jackson; Makensie and Madison Kramer; Jadelyn, Griffin, and Amira Runyan; and Jackson and Hayeslee Hooker; two sisters, Olga Orgain and Rena Slack.

From 1946 - 1998 Phyllis was always a part of the family business, Carosi's Italian Restaurant. Phyllis was a member of the Italian Club and Wabash Valley Senior Citizens.

Private funeral services will be conducted Saturday in Roselawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street.
