Ethel Maxine Monk Page, 92, of Terre Haute died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Signature Healthcare. She was born December 6, 1921 in Graysville, Indiana to Thomas Monk and Mary Chickadonz Monk. Survivors include her three daughters, Karen Perkins, Shelby Keller and her husband Brian, and Debbie Page all of Terre Haute; two brothers, Dean Monk of Kingwood,Texas and Walter Monk of Shelburn; one sister, Frances Cooley of Princeton; nine grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James E. Page; daughter, Brenda Zellers; a great granddaughter; seven brothers; and five sisters. Ethel was a charter member of Hulman Street Assembly of God. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 3, 2014 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN. Visitation is scheduled from 3:00-6:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 2, 2014 in the funeral home.
