Emma Jane Youngblood

March 12, 1938 — December 31, 2014

Emma Jane Youngblood, 76, formerly of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was born March 12, 1938 in Wayne, MI to Everett Green and Mary Headley Green. Survivors include her son, Robert Youngblood of Franklin, TN and her seven year old grandson, Evan Ferrel Youngblood. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ferrel Ray Youngblood. Emma was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Rockville Elks Club and the Bunco club. She worked at the Covered Bridge Festival and at Nancy's Downtown Mall. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 5, 2015 in Roselawn Memorial Park with Shari Lacy officiating. There is no visitation. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Evan Youngblood College Fund, checks payable to Evan Youngblood may be mailed in care of Robert Youngblood to 188 Front Street, Box 116-118, Franklin, TN 37064. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street.
