Eleise was a woman of strong Catholic faith who made the church a part of her family life. She was a member of St. Patrick's and then St. Benedict's Church. She had so many interests and was a devoted fan of the Indiana Pacers, St. Louis Cardinals and the Navy football team. She loved golf and bowling and any activity her kids and grandkids were involved in. She and her sister began a "girl's weekend" in French Lick and that tradition continues. Her most enjoyable activity was bridge and she played several times every week. It kept her connected to her friends and her mind engaged.
Most of all she poured out her unconditional love to her children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
