Dr. Karla C. Zody

June 13, 1943 — June 8, 2019

Dr. Karla C. Zody, 75, of West Terre Haute passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Providence Health Care, St. Mary of the Woods. She was born June 13, 1943 in Mansfield, OH to Melvin C. Zody and Marie E. Beverage Zody.

Survivors include her children, Elizabeth Nesius, William Stuckey, and his wife, Selena; grandchildren, Harrison, Helen, Max, Jack, Thomas, and Ari; and siblings, Curt Zody, Gary Zody, and Cynthia Olmi. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Zody.

Dr. Zody was a family physician. She especially loved obstetrics and geriatrics. Karla was involved in many programs throughout the community she loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 - 4:00pm Saturday, June 15, 2019 in the Community Room of Providence Hall (next to Providence Health Care) at St. Mary of the Woods campus in Terre Haute, IN. Words will be shared beginning at 1:30pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
