Donald W. Gardiner, 73, formerly of Terre Haute passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 in his residence in Richton Park, IL. He was born September 26, 1944 in Washington, IN to Warren H. Gardiner and Flossie Marie Osmon Gardiner. Donald retired as a teacher from Thornton Township High School after 40 years.

Survivors include his children, Duane W. Gardiner (April) and Donna Jo Gardiner Castleberry (David); mother of his children, Ann Gardiner; two grandchildren, Lauren Gardiner and Ava Gardiner; and step-mother, Brenda Gardiner. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter Laurie Ann Gardiner.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Friday, May 18, 2018 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park at a later date.
