Dolores F. Martz Torrence Veltri

Survivors include her children and their spouses, John Torrence (Linda) of FL, Kathryn Torrence (Bill) of OR, Susan Torrence (Michael) of IN, Margaret Torrence (Rich) of IN and Daniel Torrence (Keith) of OR; her brother, James Martz; two sisters, Barbara Bramble and Pauline Perona; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dolores was also preceded in death by her husbands, John T. "Jack" Torrence in 1973 and John Veltri in 2005; and a granddaughter, Megan Torrence in 2018.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 111 South 9th Street, with Father Martin Day, OFM Conv. officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled prior to services on Saturday from 9:00-10:00 AM in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. If so desired, friends may make memorial contributions to St. Benedict Church Soup Kitchen, 111 South 9th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807 or to Catholic Charities of Terre Haute, 1801 Poplar Street, Terre Haute, IN 47803.
