Debra Lynn Hicks, 61, of Terre Haute passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014 in Union Hospital. She was born November 20, 1952 in Terre Haute. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Alice and Jim Johnson; children, Chauncey, Alice, Tonya, Sarah, and April; brothers, Lenard Fields, Marshall Fields, John Olson, Scott Murdock, and Harry Fields; sisters, Kim Copland, Pam Hedden, Norma Fougerousse, Julie May, and Mamie Compton; aunts, Bertha Wolfe, Betty Boatman, and Norma Piper; uncle, David Martin; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Lenard Fields and a brother, Mark Creasy. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in Grandview Cemetery with Reverend Mike Lubinski officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street. There will be no visitation.
