CYNTHIA KAY "CINDY" TEVLIN Cynthia Kay "Cindy" Tevlin, 54, of Terre Haute died early Thursday morning, May 30, 2013 in Union Hospital. She had worked for K-Mart of Terre Haute for 33 years and most recently had worked for Pages I.G.A. in Brazil. She was born August 18, 1958 in Terre Haute to Oscar Tevlin, Sr. and Dorothy Blueher Tevlin. Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Tevlin of Terre Haute; a brother, Oscar Tevlin, Jr. of Terre Haute; two sisters, Pamala Shelton and her husband, James, of Terre Haute and Rose Marie Tevlin of Terre Haute; an aunt, Kathleen Hopkins and her husband, Gene, of Terre Haute; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving are special friends, Tammy, Greg & Erin Terry; and her K-Mart and IGA extended families. She was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents who raised her, Robert and Florence Tevlin. Cindy was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School, attended Indiana Business College and received her bachelors degree in business from Indiana State University. She was an avid bowler and loved spending time with her friends at Vigo Bowl. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 3, 2013 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Reverend Jimmy Moore officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday from 3:00-5:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
