Constance "Connie" Marie Symon Constance "Connie" Marie Symon, 68, of Bowling Green, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Union Hospital. She was born December 20, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to Eugene Andresen and Lynn Wilcox Andresen. She was a retired Horticulturist and had worked at The Apple House for 15 years. Connie is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Robert Symon. Other survivors include her father; three sons, Andrew Henke and his wife Jennifer of Evansville, Daniel Henke and his wife Crystal of Terre Haute and Bryan Landon of Hallandale Beach, FL; a daughter, Kaylee Tony of Terre Haute; two brothers, Donald Andresen of Hot Springs Village, AR and Paul Andresen of Indiana; and five grandchildren, Jaxon, Hailey, Nicholas, Holly and Hallie Henke. Connie was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Mark Andresen. Connie was a 1964 graduate of Maine West High School in Des Plains, IL and attended Indiana State University. She had worked at Columbia House for 17 years. Connie was a member of Central Presbyterian Church. She was a great cook and love to paint, shoot photography and make her own jewelry. She was a travel enthusiast and loved to spend time with her family. A Celebration of Connie's Life is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street, with the Reverend Lant Davis officiating. Visitation is scheduled from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM.
