Cody Dominic Swart

Cody is survived by his son, Camden Dominic Swart and Camden's mother, Chelsea LaFleur; his parents Debi Cartwright (Gus Solomon), and Larry (Laura) Swart; dearest twin brother, Brandon (Megan) Swart; grandmother, Lu Swart, and grandfather, Pete A. (Linda) Swart; uncle, Gordon (Lida) Stoneking; step-sister, Lindsey Sanders; niece and nephew Devon Swart and Taelor Swart; and closest longtime friends Kenny Sapp, and Brandon and Bill Mundell, and so many others. Cody was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph W. Cartwright and Ruby Cartwright, and an uncle, Ron Cartwright.
Cody's son was his world, and most of his free time was spent with family. He enjoyed playing video games with his friends and brother, bowling, and playing basketball when he could. He was an Eagle and member of the Eagles Aerie 291. Cody was loved by so many; he was a great person, a loyal friend, a reliable and cherished employee and coworker, and was always able to put a smile on your face.
Funeral services for Cody will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Lee officiating and burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday, January 2 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a trust fund set up for Camden Dominic Swart at First Financial Bank, Terre Haute.
