Cheryl E. Walker

Cheryl E. Walker, 69, of Terre Haute passed away Friday evening, January 6, 2023 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. She was a Vice President for The Hometown Savings Bank where she worked for 35 years. Cheryl was born December 6, 1953 in Greencastle, IN to Robert Coffin and Norma Ball Coffin.

Survivors include her husband, Alfred Daniel Walker; children, Christy McCullough (Jacob) and Daniel J. “D. Joe” Walker (Carol) all of Terre Haute; brother, Michael Coffin; sister, Virginia Mullenix; 6 grandchildren, Shawn Walker, Cheridan Felling, Nevyn McCullough, Luke Walker, Laya Walker and Landon Walker; and 7 great-grandchildren, Jayleigh, Avery, Jase, “Jazzy”, Lennox, Lorenzo, and Ruby. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers.

Cheryl was a graduate of Brazil High School and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church where she enjoyed spending time in the Perpetual Adoration Chapel. Cheryl was a master seamstress and enjoyed sewing in her spare time. She loved spending time with her family and vacationing in Florida.

There are no services or visitation. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street.
