Anna M. Mobley Anna M. Mobley, 78, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on July 4, 1936 in Marshall, IL to Harrold Imle and Cleda Lycan Imle. She was a retired registered nurse from Union Hospital & Meadows Manor East. Survivors include a son, George Mobley II and his wife Patty; a daughter, Linda Fair and her husband Ryman; grandchildren, Kayle and Cassie Mobley, John Herman, Ryman (Kick start) Fair and James Baldwin and his wife Maggie; and four great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her husband, George Mobley in 1981; and a daughter, Lisa Mobley. Anna was a member of Union Christian Church and also attended The Life Center Church. She loved to play the organ and piano at several local churches. She was a member of the Purdue Homemakers Club and sang with the Coral Club for years. She was a graduate of Indiana State University School of Nursing. Anna loved children and was known for years as grandma by the area children. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 5, 2014 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street with Mark Grayless officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn cemetery. Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to services from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
