Ann Gannon Miklozek, 94, formerly of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2020, at Wellbrooke of Carmel. She was born on October 30, 1925, in Hibbing, Minnesota, to John and Margaret Gannon. Her beloved husband, Dr. John Miklozek, preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were children, Joseph, Martha, Jack, and Mark.
Ann is survived by her children, Ann Van Ness, Jane Kelly (John), Mike Miklozek (Valerie) and Chris Miklozek; daughter-in-law, Patty Miklozek; grandchildren, Ryan Kelly (Lauren), Courtney Kelly Fehrenbacher (Noah), Angela Miklozek Wright (Bobby), and Josh Miklozek; great grandchildren, Harrison and Isla Kelly; her sister, Jean Killorin; her brother, John Gannon (Gail); and a number of nieces and nephews.
Ann graduated from Hibbing High School and St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. Ann devoted her life to her family and her many friends. She was a member of many organizations in Terre Haute including the Swope Art Gallery Alliance, Country Club of Terre Haute, OLGA (Old Ladies Golf Association) and the Terre Haute Turf Club.
An avid golfer, Ann was the Club Champion of the CCTH, and she was the Terre Haute City Champion, an honor daughter Chris also won years later. Ann also loved playing tennis and watching Indiana basketball and football. Cooking was a passion of Ann's, much to the delight of her family and friends who enjoyed many of Ann's fabulous dishes.

A Memorial Mass is scheduled for Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM in St. Benedict Catholic Church, 111 S. Ninth St., Terre Haute. Visitation is scheduled prior to services on Saturday from 9:30-11:00 AM in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, Terre Haute.
